Return & Refund Policy

At Vimlesh Enterprises, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase from us meets your expectations in terms of quality and performance. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with a simple and transparent return and refund policy.
We accept returns for most products within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is in its original condition, unused, and with all original packaging, accessories, and tags intact. Items that are damaged due to misuse, wear and tear, or negligence are not eligible for return. To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@vimleshenterprises.com or call us at +91-9876543210 with your order details and reason for return. Once your request is approved, we will arrange for a pickup or guide you through the return process.
If the item you received is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or offer a full refund, depending on the availability of the product and your preference. Please share images or videos as proof to help us process your request quickly.
After we receive the returned item and verify its condition, a refund will be issued within 5–7 business days to your original payment method. For orders paid via Cash on Delivery (COD), we will request your bank details to transfer the amount. Please note that shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Certain items such as opened software, downloaded products, and items marked as non-returnable or final sale may not be eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective. Additionally, hygiene-related products like earphones or grooming devices are returnable only if unopened and sealed.
